Here are some pics from this year’s Karakung Kids Triathalon. There were more kids this year. Obviously I do not want to post pics with kids faces so I am using the ones that do not show. I shoot in continuous mode and these are the rejects. Well they are not rejects to me, but you know what I mean. I love shooting water, it is so fluid! hehe! Water has always intrigued me.

I just get mesmerized with the water. How the light gets captured underneath. I will post some later from the ones that Roman took.

I was on a trip back to SA for my friend’s wedding and my niece told me she was being baptized and she was baptizing her son Jakob. At first I was like, “what, you are already baptized?” But I know her and as long as we are all praying to the same God then I am glad she is finding Him in her own way. I had to do that as well. So I am glad that I was able to make it and see her and her mother more a little bit anyway.

I was so exhuasted after that weekend. I was just running around all over the place. I did sleep, but I guess I did not rest much. The wedding was fun and I had a great time hanging out with Ray and his family. I wish everyone could be like them. His kids are great and I wish him all the best. In case anyone is looking for a house in San Antonio let me know. He is selling one.

After all this you are going to thank me!

Sorry, I forgot that this post was supposed to be about Danielle. Her son is so cute. Too bad I did not have time to take some more pictures of him. After the mass we went to grab a bite to eat. We tried to go to Pico de Gallo downtown, but it was packed. There was a Shriner’s convention in town, I think like every Shriner in the world was there! hehe! So we went to this small place in the west side. It was ok, but my food was not that good. My sister Ofelia said she has been there before, but I am not sure what she had eaten. so it was cool hanging out with my sis and my nieces. My other niece Abby showed up with Unileska, Jonathan, and Melfina. (I am not sure about the spelling)

I was being a little silly, but I like that first picture. I think I am going to use that as my profile pic for everything. I wanted to make sure I saw my sister while I was in SA. I did not want her to post nasty comments on my facebook. Just kidding… (sorta)

It was a pretty cool trip. I just did not get to see my brother. Well there was a lot of people I did not get to see. Take it easy… Talk at you later…

I am just lying in bed watching tv thinking about my family. Last weekend we went with my friend Mike and his family to cut down a Christmas tree at one of those farms. Sorry I forgot the name. It was fun, but we did not get any trees! The line was super long to pay for it. We just walked around for a while and took some pictures. I forgot my camera, but I took some with my iPhone and my wife’s phone. I also took some with Mike’s nikon! I felt so dirty using a nikon! Hehe! So I am just going to post this one for now. I will post some later on the other blog…
