Chongos Y Trompas
Hello,
We are getting ready to take another road trip. This time back to Texas. Me and the family are driving to Texas next week and we will be there for a while. I am flying back and forth because of work, but Jeannette and the kids are going to stay in Texas for a while. In preparation for Pauline’s birthday party, which we will celebrate back in Texas, my wife wanted me to take some pictures of Pauline at Valley Forge because it had been a little more colorful than usual. So we took a drive around and took a few picture of her out front of the welcome center. I think they came out pretty nice. For a caption for this photo I was thinking:
“Washington’s Army went that way!”
That seems appropriate. Well, let me know what you think. Still shooting with my Canon EOS 20D and my trusty Canon 70-200mm 2.8L. Shooting wide open, well not wide open, but at f/3.5 and zoomed out to 200mm. I left the lens un-filtered. I even took off my UV filter. Shutter speed was 1/250 and ISO 200. I just wanted to see if it was worth it buying more filters and such when you got Photoshop. I mean, a graduated neutral density filter for the 70-200mm is more than $100, a polarizer is about $50-$80, any enhancing filter is at least $60 and that is on the cheap side. As for PS, I am not even using the latest version of Photoshop. I am still using CS. So let me know what you think and I will keep posting. Actually I am going to posting either way, but I would like to hear some feedback.
Carlos
